Useful information about your holiday near Bressanone/Brixen

We are sorry to inform you that pets are not allowed at our hotel near Bressanone/Brixen.

All guests have been charged a local tax since 01.01.2024. This is €2,00 per person and night. It is not included in the price and will be charged directly at the hotel.

The prices are per person per night from a stay of at least two nights.

With stays of less than two nights we charge a supplement of €6 per person per night.

We charge €42 to €52 per person and night for an overnight stay in an extra bed in a double room.

Babies from 0 to 1 years old stay in their parents' room for the price of €18.

Children between 1 and 6 years old stay in their parent’s room for the price of €28.

Children between 6 and 18 years old stay in their parent’s room for the price of €42 to €52.

You can have dinner at our hotel in Vahrn in South Tyrol every day at 7 pm. The three-course menu starts at 7.00 p.m. and costs €30,00 per person. Please make your reservation by 11.00 a.m.! 

NB: Any services not used cannot be reimbursed!

There are no cancellation charges for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

We charge 50% of the price of the stay for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, for late arrivals and early departures.

For stays of seven nights, the room is cleaned once free of charge and the bed linen is changed once a week free of charge on request.
Towels and bath towels can be changed daily free of charge on request. 
The rubbish bin is emptied daily and the toilet paper is refilled.
For this free service, someone will knock on the door during the morning.
